The site is structured on 4 levels - the main categories are on the navigation bar to the left. Each category has one or more sub-categories, which takes you to a document list. Click on the document for a full description. Documents include policies, procedures, working forms, guidance notes, standing letters, spreadsheets and power-point presentations and Director's Briefings all available to relieve the small business owner of expensive resources. All documents are indexed and many of them are free.

How to Buy

You will need to register with us before you can purchase credits. When you have done this, the Buy Credits page will be displayed - the more you buy the more you get up to a massive 48% free credits.

Simply select the amount you wish to buy and follow the credit card instructions through Paypal. You may need to register with Paypal if you haven't already done so in the past.

Buy a single document, a section or the whole package. The credit value and a download icon are displayed alongside each document.

Click Download to display the document and save it to your chosen location. We suggest you keep your downloaded documents in a separate folder. Text documents are in Word format and some or in PDF.


On-going Support

There are 3 methods to obtain on-going support

Advice Line

You must be a registered user with a credit balance to use the Advice Line. Click on the Advice Line to send us a question - the response will be visible only to you, the sender. A charge of 3 credits per question will be charged.

Full Business Support

In addition to the Advice Line service we can provide you with telephonic support and periodic site visits if you require more indepth consultation and advice.
